Services Available from Soulspring

The primary focus at Soulspring is individual counselling, coaching and psychotherapy, however Susan also teaches a series of ongoing meditation classes, and offers private teaching sessions and stress reduction groups and workshops as well.

Susan’s therapeutic approach consists of an integrated skill set, which is uniquely tailored to each individual, depending on your priorities, issues and circumstances.  Ideally, individual sessions will be conducted at the Soulspring office, however Susan also offers telephone sessions and off-site sessions as well, in order to accommodate specific scheduling issues if necessary.

Classes, Groups and Workshops

Meditation and relaxation techniques can be an important component in cultivating a more balanced approach to life.  Studies have shown that regular meditation practice can reduce symptoms of chronic stress-related problems and increase over all well-being, physically, mentally and emotionally.  Regardless of whether or not you are participating in individual counselling sessions, establishing the foundation of a regular meditation practice can go a long way toward reducing stress and tension in your life.  Customized groups can be arranged and conducted at a location of your choosing if you have a group of 4 or more individuals.
